1. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting

3. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends,

4. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

5. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

6. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

7. Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising

8. To develop his/her sub-ordinate capabilities for future caderization



Yêu cầu:

Am hiểu về các dòng sản phẩm máy xây dựng, ô tô

To be well informed about construction heavy machines and auto, trucks

Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tương đương

At least 5 years experience in the same filed

Tiếng anh thành thạo

English fluently

Khả năng truyền đạt và quản lý tốt

Good skill in communication and management.
