JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise technicians and ensure that their duties are accomplished
• Allocate jobs according to the capabilities and skills of his team
• Assure high performance and quality is achieved in the defined flat rate/time according MB standards and guidelines
• Maintain employees disciplines and monitor their performance
• Provide assistance and diagnosis to technicians on special technical problems, comeback jobs and major repairs. In very difficult cases he has to consult the Diagnosis Technician (DT)
• Provide guidance and training to upgrade the technicians skill
• Ensure technical knowledge is up to date either by request for training or self study
• Support service advisor to clarify customers’ complaints and comeback jobs
• Authorize technician’s medical leave, annual leave and overtime
• Supervise and appraisal technicians
• Make a schedule for the jobs- Work In Progress (WIP)
• Investigate & support to estimate the cost of accident cars/the car overhaul.
• Maintain and upkeep workshop equipment and standard tools
• Enforce workshop safety and houskeeping
• Open daily meeting ( 8AM. & 5 PM.)- 10 minutes.
• Work at: Lot DVTM-2 & DVTM-3, Road 7, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC
REQUIREMENT:
• Degree in automotive mechatronic (vocational training).
• Minimum two years experiences as a same position, experience in Mercedes/BMW/Luxury car will be advantage.
• Excellent and detailed system knowledge of automotive vehicles, vehicle service, vehicle repair and vehicle diagnosis
• Can read technical document in English.
• Is able to efficiently use all workshop management systems (e.g. ASRA, EPC).
• Is able to use all workshop information systems (e.g. TIPS, News, SD, WIS, etc.) for efficient diagnosis and repair.
• Leadership competence
• Managing and motivating a team
• Fair appraisal and feedback
• Solving interpersonal problems
• Recommendation of training
