Job Description
We are looking for an Engineer Trainer who is responsible for all technical processes and training for other engineers (technicians - and installers) in the project. You will plan, organize and manage all technical training activities to ensure the quality standards of the engineers in the project and partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Take care of the technical materials.
• Project management: to manage the pilot programs, to train the drivers, to speak to the fleet managers, collet and analyze the data
• Take care of installation technicians team and make sure they are well trained
• Take care of the integration with Telematics/GPS/FMS systems.
• Overall quality control of work (Budget, schedule and quality of training) and report regularly to the Board of Directors.
• Effective cooperation and communication with the Board of Directors and project participants.
• Attend full regular meetings, training and retraining
Requirements
• English is very good.
• Good computer skills (PC)
• Good knowledge of automotive electronics (12V / 24V, OBDII, CANbus, ...)
• Experienced is an advantage
• Technical training skill for engineers - technicians and installers
• Project management and supervision skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
