What You Will Do
Objective:
•To ensure efficient and effective operation of parts department
•To guarantee a high customer satisfaction level
Key tasks and responsibilities:
•Parts sales and consultation for counter sales customers
•Organizing and overviewing parts arrival/delivery process (e.g. quality check & storage of received parts)
•Organizing and overviewing domestic parts, equipment and tool shipping process (HN<=> HCMC)
•Stock control and administration via DMS system and Porsche IT systems
•Ensuring a high first pick-rate (availability of parts) and high parts turnover rate while keeping stock value and stock ageing low
•Warranty parts and exchange parts (ATKKT) handling (e.g.: parts returns)
•Keeping spare parts department including parts warehouse clean and tidy at all times
•Participating in training courses and conduct in-house trainings
What You Are Good At
Requirements and Attitude:
•Basic knowledge of automotive technologies and components
•Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
•Good English knowledge (written and spoken) is a plus
•Having work experience in Parts section is an advantage.
