What You Will Do
Objective:
•To establish and maintain high levels of Porsche customer’s satisfaction by maintaining and repairing cars based on the highest standards of Porsche
Key tasks and responsibilities:
•Repairing and maintaining Porsche cars in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures and diagnosis guidelines
•Following Porsche administration process (e.g. detailed documentation of repair work in Porsche online systems)
•Ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity
•Taking care of tools and workshop equipment
•Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
•Technical support for Porsche Club events
•Participating in overseas and in-house training courses and complete online training modules
What You Are Good At
Minimum Qualifications:
•Technical degree holder
•Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies
Requirements and Attitude:
•Minimum 02 years of work experience as Technician is an advantage
•Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
•Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
•Quality and customer focused approach
•Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
•Very organized, tidy and clean working style.
